  • Awesome

As reviewed by Daniel on 6/2/2008

This is one of the best wah pedals I've played. I spent a long while researching before finally deciding on this bad boy....i mean..."Horsie". This wah is great because it acts more like a filter than a wah really. Plus it has the contour and level knobs so you can easily adjust the texture of the wah as well as how much of the effect cuts through. Then on top of that, it automatically goes into bypass when it's not being used. By far one of the greatest wahs available. I recommend it highly.

  • Modern Tone, Good Pedal

As reviewed by MR. C on 3/12/2010

After owning this pedal for several years, its still going strong. The tone is a bit more modern compared directly to a Cry Baby, though not a drastic difference. As soon as you step on it, the pedal activates which is great. No button to click, and click again cause it didn't work the first time! Since the wah returns to the "up" position automatically, it is much easier to use. Traditional wah pedals take a bit more skill to master and accenting your notes takes more control. As far as the contour button, when engaged, your tone can be a little ear splitting. But there is a slight difference in the 2 modes. The Morley power adapter is a must unless you are using a pedal power 2 plus, or something with isolated outputs. This thing can be very noisy with a daisy chain. A low price, great reputation (Steve Vai), and ease of use make this pedal a good candidate if you are in the market for a WAH Pedal. The only draw back is the size which is on the wider side.

  • Morley Pedals Rock!!

As reviewed by Mark on 10/5/2010

I love eveything about this pedal. From the great looks to it's awesome playability. The step on step off switching makes things so much easier on stage. The Via setting is great for just about anything but really shines for lead and middle of the road rock distortion. And having a second mode to contour your own sounds is a huge plus. I have mine set for harder rock wah work and it is working out great. I now have 2 great wahs in one pedal!! And it is built with great quality like all Morley items. No matter what style, you just can't go wrong with this pedal
