  • Well Built, Not the Greatest Tone

As reviewed by Tad Gaulke on 11/14/2010

I've had this pedal for awhile now. I'm not excited about the wah tone. Thought I was getting the modern version of the old chrome Morley wahs. This thing isn't even CLOSE in terms of tone. I don't use this pedal any more because I just don't like the wah tone. There's also a "Boost" dial that functions as a gain. It's kind of useless. It would be more useful if it functioned as a mix control. If you had control over the amount of wah in your signal path that would make this pedal suddenly pretty cool. As is, I'll pass, thank you.

  • A MUST OWN.

As reviewed by Py Rho on 10/16/2006

A must have for any active musician, if not using this pedal as a wah, it can be used as a volume pedal. Good piece of equiptment.

  • Morley Power Wah / Volume

As reviewed by Tate P. on 3/22/2010

I wanted to purchase a volume pedal but I thought I might as well try to kill two birds with one pedal. The volume functions very well. The Wah side I'm not so sure. However, I am new to playing a Wah. At the top the Wah is very bright and the bottom very low and lacks tone. To my ear the sweet spot sounds good but is in a narrow range. So, little movement is really required to get the sound I was looking for. Due to my lack of experience with a Wah I'm not sure if this is good or bad. Summary, I'm happy with the Morley Power Wah / Volume pedal considering I started out looking for a volume pedal. So, the Wah is kind of a bonus that I can have some fun with.
