NEW REVIEW - Very practical

I recently recieved this in the mail, had quick delivery to begin with. The first thing I liked was the longer cord, the older power strips I used were only a few feet long. The second thing I like is how I can plug multiple box plugs into it without taking up the space for other plugs. The last one I noticed is that this, I play bass and at practices at a friends house I am constantly getting zapped by the microphone when I touch my lips to it while singing. But because of the Ground OK light on this powercenter, I now realize, that it wasn't my instrument causing the zap, its because his house isn't grounded well (the Ground OK light would not light up at his house). :)

Protect your gear, clean your sound

I didn't always think about it, but now that I have a Monster Pro, I think about clean power all the time. I plug my guitar amp, effects board, and recording center (cpu and all gear) into a Monster power center. I notice less hum from my guitar amp, and less noise in my recordings. The peace of mind of knowing my gear isn't going to fry from any power surges is also nice.

this is what my studio needed!!!!

WOW! i never knew that such a small power protector from Monster would make such a huge difference in my recording! im really glad i bought this. if you really want to clean up your sound and dont want to break the piggy bank this is the way to go. picking up the radio signals? funny noises? buy this, garanteed to eliminate all of it!

great purchase for awkward venues or a home studio

i love monster products they do what they say they do clean the signal just keep in mind if you need better equipment or if your equipment needs work theese products will not clean up bad ground noise from an amp or a guitar thats needs work i have a 31 year old peavey mark 3 there is still a slight hiss when i use this amp but i use a monster power 200 at the wall and a pro 800 to plug the amps and affects into that`s so i can use my rig in my bedroom i have to run an extention from another room and this does the trick i have more volume to use if i need to because it`s cleaner i turned down at least two positions because of these products want more power better quality sound but monster !

You can hear the CLEAN POWER!!!

Was told to get one. Thought about it. It made sense. Bought one. I LOVE IT. Immediatly elimnated noise from guitar signal, my tone became more pure and warm. My bandmates noticed right off the bat. I now believe in clean power for all audio and video appliances. The surge protection from this baby is a super bonus. After you get this you will do like I did and upgrade as soon as you can, though this is a great product itself.
