The Monster Cable Bass Instrument Cable is built with Multi-gauge Time Correct windings with special dielectrics and ultra-dense shielding to deliver smooth, powerful low end. Ordinary instrument cables can rob your bass of its fundamental low-end punch. They're not made to meet the specific needs of today's bassist. Monster Bass is designed specifically for bass guitar. Dual heavy-gauge bass conductors and patented multiple-gauge wire networks deliver extended low-end frequency response and wide dynamic range. Monster Cable includes patented MicroFiber dielectric to provide quick transients and full harmonics, while dense shielding in the bass instrument cable reduces interference and hum.

I will honestly never buy another brand of cable ever again. I never thought a cable could make this much of a difference. How could a Stingray through a 750x and Goliath Sr. sound any better? Put a Monster Bass cable between them. It captures details of your sound that you will never be able to hear without one. I even noticed a difference in clarity and bass response when I used it to plug my Roland TD6 drum module in to our PA system. One day I hope to replaced all of my cables with Monster Cables. And with their warranty you should never have to buy more.

Its a great cable ,sounds awesome.Only problem is they don't last nearly as long as I thought they would, that wasn't a problem for a while you just brought your old one to guitar center and they would exchange it.Now there asking for the original packaging and if you have an angled one like I do and they don't have it in stock you'll have to wait.I've been waiting three weeks now. With all that said I would still prefer a Monster Cable.

I have relatively middle of the road cords and guitar cables from a well known manufactorer and needed a new Monster speaker cable for my new bass cab. I bought a 6ft speaker cable and a 21ft bass insrument cable from GC and WOW! My basses have never been this clean of 60 cycle hum and the tone is Incredible. The cords are built like tanks too so i know i won't have to replace them soon!
New amp, great Bass, and a good cable is what I thought. Well what I got was a GREAT!!!!! cable. My Bass sounded great.
Save your money kids! This cable is a lot heavier and better made than any other cable I've ever owned. However, don't be fooled by reviews stating that this cable produces any difference in the quality of your sound. I rated this a 4 based on the FACT that it produces no difference in sound. Don't get me wrong the cable is still the best cable I have ever owned and it definitely quite durable. But I wouldn't buy it again because all other cables I have owned in the past produce the same sound.
Sure it may be expensive but it will turn out to be the only cable you ever need! Dont worry about having to replace anytime soon! Also there is ZERO feedback thanks to the quality of the cable!
I've had this monster cable for about 8-12 months (i have the 21 foot one) now I'm not a very technical person so I'm just going to keep it simple. So they sound awesome deep rockin lows and clear punches highs, it made that annoying buzzing sound almost not notable and as far as durability will first I've done a lot too it and I've never had problems, but hey if it brakes i don't care because all i have to do is go to guitar center and get a new one for free.
I've always been a firm believer in Monster cables. Truth be told, I've subconsciously looked down on others for not using them. I always used my trusty Monster "Rock" cable for everything I did. But about two or three months ago, I got overwhelmingly curious as to the difference between the Monster "Rock" and "Bass" cables, because the "Rock" cable was already great for my bass. Well, if the "Rock" cable was great, the "Bass" cable is perfect. The clarity and presence in the cable is unbelievable. I will honestly never use another type of cable for bass again, not even the other Monster cables if I can help it, and that is saying something. I've used this cable for playing gigs, practice, and church worship music and it has never even given a sign of letting me down. This honestly the very best bass cable that money can buy. And even if you somehow manage to damage it, it has a lifetime warranty, so you can just walk into Guitar Center and replace it for free. Everything about the Monster "Bass" cable is ideal.
Read reviews on this cable about the great sound. Hoped they were right, as this is the most I've ever spent on a cable. They were.
I have used monster cables to run my wireless receivers to my bass amp. Truth is even when they're not directly used to plug your instrument into an amplifier they still do wonders for your tone! And the fact that they're under a lifetime warranty is a big plus. I would never use another cable. If you're a bassist that CARES about what your bass tone sounds like, then get a monster cable...enough said.
Tone is key to bass, guitar, keyboard, or any instrument that needs an instrument cable. I use to use Live Wire cables (and sometimes still do) with my Epiphone Les Paul Bass. Before, There was some hum and hiss going on. When I tried a monster Bass cable, I heard a big difference. There was more bottom-end sound, and there was very little 'noise' from the amp. I'll soon be switching all my cables to Monster Cables. If you want pure tone out of your instrument, Monster Cables will do the trick.
Ive been playing bass for about 4 years, i play in a death metal band tuned to Drop-A so i know what i want outta a tone, this cable is amazing, it does everything the site says it will: made my tone more powerful, deeper louder.. i actually turned the volume on my down. This cable hands down is THE best instrument cable you can purchase for bass, go get it NOW!!
