I'm not actually using this with an iPod, it's just a really good quality mini-jack splitter. Looks nice too and seems like it will last. It is a bit on the big and heavy side for a mini-jack Y, but that seems like it's because it's made with very solid components, so I think that's a plus, not a minus.
