I purchased 5 Mogami Gold Studio 1/4 to XLR Male Cables for my home studio to go directly from my computer to my monitors. Just great quality, and the 1/4 to XLR cable eliminates the need for adapters, which is of course better.
I bought some basic equipment to have atleast a nice mixing and audio producing studio. I was told these were the best cables in the store, so I took note of them and went to purchase 3 days after that. They eliminated most of the hiss there was on my monitors (2 Yamahas HS80M's) and the music sounds far more realistic. This cables are awesome.
I bought a pair of these cables to connect my new studio monitors to my audio interface. I plugged them in and turned everything on. No hiss, No buzz, no popping. Complete silence, even when I turned everything way up to test it. This was great, so I turned stuff back down and played some music through them to my monitors, and it sounded crisp and clear, still with no interference or signal noise at all. Physically these cables are also well designed, with beefy connectors at both ends, one XLR and the other TRS. Very snug connecting to the monitors and audio interface. These cables are a must have for anyone with a home studio.
