The Mitchell MD100CE Dreadnought Cutaway Electric-Acoustic Guitar has a full-sized cutaway dreadnought body with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. The cutaway enhances playability by offering complete fingerboard access. The MD100CE features a dovetail neck joint, compensated sadldle, real abalone rosette and scalloped bracing for improved resonance.   • Best Guitar for the Price, Must Buy for Anyone!

    I am new to the guitar and this is my first!! I wanted something that I could learn and stay with for a while!! I dont know much about choosing a guitar and only had so much to spend!! After reviewing guitars on line and with what i had to spend it was between The Ibanez V70 series and the Mitchell MD100CE both priced at $199. The Ibanez is a good guitar but After Picking up the Mitchell I was sold!! The guitar is very well built to, with a Spruce top and Mahogony Sides and back!! This guitar is Beautiful and plays well(with what i know). I will be keeping this guitar for a long time. This is a great guitar for Beginners and anyone! Go buy 1 you will not go wrong. Love It Long Time!!

    I was looking for a medium price guitar for my students and I was completely satisfied with the quality and price of my Mitchell MD-100CE. I did have to lower the action to my preference and install a strap button on the heel of the neck. Overall, the Mitchell was good to go. You have restored my belief in a fair price, for good quality. Thank you.

    I have to admit, I was a bit suprised when I played this guitar for the first time. It has a nice balanced sound, with a bit of midrange punch. The cutaway provides easier access to the higher frets, and the volume/EQ sliders are easy to read and adjust. The battery is difficult to change because of it's location. Also, I did have to replace the nut because of some buzz, but it plays and sounds great with a new bone nut! Great inexpensive guitar for the novice.
