Good Read for Anyone Involved with Recording

If you are involved with recording, there are a lot of important themes in this book. Much of it does have to do with the nuts and bolts of tracking, mixing and mastering, but there is also a good deal about getting that performance, etc. Plus there are some great stories from people like George Martin. Even if you aren?t the one behind the boards, this book can give you the knowledge to better communicate what you are looking for. So often people get into their routine and say ?this is the only way to do things?. What this book reminds us is that often the best of the best all have their own ways of doing things.
