The Mighty Mite MM2902V Stratocaster replacement neck is constructed of maple with an maple fingerboard fitted with 22 medium frets. This guitar neck has a "V" shape for a true vintage feel and has been given an oil-based finish.
Since the 1970's Mighty Mite has manufactured custom and replacement guitar parts for luthiers, repairmen, and guitarists who can't wait to hot-rod their axe.
to start off, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Fender neck on my USA highway one strat. i got a wild hair to change it out from the 70's head stock to the more vintage 60's. and, i'd always wanted the soft V neck. my other strat and teles have the modern C necks. i watched a youtube video on how to change the neck and it turned out perfect. the Might Mite is a little thicker in the pocket than the Fender, but that was merely a string height adjustment. placed a set of vintage tuners on it and it plays and feels great. it srrived very well packed, straight as a arrow. absolutely no issues. very pleased.
Needed to replace neck on '97 California series strat and this neck worked out perfectly. Trying to maintain the vintage feel and look. really a good product.
