The Mighty Mite MM2705 Telecaster replacement body is made of swamp ash and has a standard gloss finish. It is available in a variety of colors. Use this guitar body to design and create the guitar you've always wanted.

Since the 1970's Mighty Mite has manufactured custom and replacement guitar parts for luthiers, repairmen, and guitarists who can't wait to hot-rod their Fender Telecaster or similar style guitar. Mighty Mite bodies are cut from the finest American ash and Canadian maple. You will be blown away by their warmth, tone and finish.

  • Actually pretty good

    This was the second body I received. The first one was returned because it had a significant finish drip near the the jack and the string through ferrel holes were out of line. The seafoam green looked more like sonic blue to both me & the guy at Guitar Center when I took it in for return & try my luck ordering another one. The transaction went smoothly at Guitar Center and the replacement body I received this time is pretty flawless especially if you like your seafoam green to look like sonic blue. There are no finish drips and the ferrel holes are all lined up. Solid. It weighs just under 5 lbs @ 4 lbs,14.5 oz The neck pocket could use a slight touch of sanding on the bottom. Both the first body & this one had this issue with the pocket - like the cutting bit needed sharpening . Nothing significant though. The neck pocket does fit the Fender neck nice & firm. It appears to be a 2 piece body as the seam runs right down the middle of the neck pocket on this one. All in all quite satisfied. I just wish I had received this one first. And . . . I am going to cover over the sonic blue with a dark version of seafoam green.
