The Fishman MKAB amplification system has a 3-band EQ optimized for acoustic bass and a bridge saddle pickup that provides great string-to-string balance. The unlined fretboard has side dots located where they would be on a standard fretted bass and additional small and unobtrusive dots on the top clearly marking the fret position.
