Nice

By sandor souvannakoumane

from san bernardino, california

Meinl's no-nonsense design is a nice alternative to the more elaborate higher finishers. They make a complementary combination, actually, within a samba percussionist's stick arsenal. The three fused, as opposed to Remo's spread out, rods result in a sharper accent and more distinct-sounding strokes. The rounded, tapered base is a common feature for tamborim stick design. It fits and sits very nicely in the palm. The red or black color options are an added plus for visual variety.
