Comments about Meinl Headliner Series Cajon:

This cajon has turned out to be all that I'd hoped it would. Actually bought it as a X-mas gift for my son but now I'm planning to buy a second one for myself. The rubber wood has a nice mellow sound and the strings are easily adjustable to give it a nice snare sound on the top slap. Really nice tones for the price, I'd use this cajon in almost any situation without fear of sounding bad.

Comments about Meinl Headliner Series Cajon:

My first cajon so I was looking for an entry level instrument. I was concerned that the quality might not be very good, but was pleasantly surprised. The Meinl Headliner Cajon is well made, rubber wood, adjustable for both the sizzle/snare wires and the corner slaps, has a nice textured top to keep you from sliding around, and the large rubber feet keep it in place even when tilting backwards. Easy to play the basic sounds, which sound pretty good. The medium size fits my 5'10" 200lbs+ body just fine.
