Comments about Meinl Classics Custom Medium Crash - Brilliant:

I bought a 18 inch medium crash to replace my cracked sabian b8 rock crash. It is a little thinner which makes it more dynamic without having to hit it too hard to get a good sound. It is of supeior quality than the B8's. It takes me some time to get used to a cymbal and see if I like it after a little playing time I am very impressed! Great cymbal I would reccoemnd it for almost any genre especially rock and Metal. However if you play mainly soft jazz or music requiring a lot of soft dynamics this is probably not the best cymbal. I also own the 14 inch medium hihats and love them. I highly reccomend the crash and hihats, I have not used any of the other classics cymbals but plan on purchasing them soon.

Comments about Meinl Classics Custom Medium Crash - Brilliant:

When it came in the mail I must say that at first glance I thought, Oh No, its just another cheap cymbal! Man o' Man was I wrong! The best part of this cymbal's performance is how quickly and completely it decays, it very much reminded me of more expensive types of quick decay crashes I have experimented with.
