I've used for this gigging for weeks now, and it never harms my cymbal. No dents. No scratches. The price is a little steep, but it's worth it all. The only thing the description fails to mention is, besides the hi-hat bag, which holds two cymbals, the bag itsself only holds three, which is perfect for any jazz or rock drummer who has a smaller set-up.
