Loud and direct with a clarified response.

The Mb20 Crash Cymbal has a mix of explosive power and tone for cutting projection. Loud and direct with a clarified response.

Meinl's Mb20 series was created for one reason . . . high volume. The weights are all on the heavier side for that reason. But anyone can make a loud crash cymbal, the magic with the Mb20 series is that they are still musical and they feel good to play. The cymbals are handmade in Turkey using the traditional B20 bronze alloy and then the polishing process is performed in Germany. The finish is a super brilliant finish-perfect for stage lights, and Meinl has a special two-step buffing process. The cymbals are perfect for anything loud.

Meinl Mb20 Heavy Crash Cymbal Features:

  • B20 bronze alloy
  • Hand hammered into shape
  • Brilliant finish
  • Musicality and maximum projection

wow

Meinl is an amazing cymbal company. I'v got this Crash in a 17" and 18" and love them both i havnt had much time to mess with the 18" but from what i have it's just as great as the 17". There both vary powerful but can be really mellow as well they work perfectly for Metal and Jazz alike. Vary vary musical Cymbals. I would Recommed this crash to anyone.

Outstanding

This cymbal is simply outstanding. It really is a very versitile crash from soft hits to a thunderous attack with a hard hit The MB20 delivers. It's beefy do to its heavier weight and the finish is outstanding. When your holding it your thinking to yourself " Now this is a cymbal" . Meinl clearly delivers the goods with this line showing it can equal anything the big three put out. I play Rock it's what this cymbal was made four. This will not be my last MB20 purchase. My hats off to Meinl , Instead of saying the big 3 I will now start saying the big 4. Check them out you won't be sorry.
