This is a great effects set. The china is absolutely amazing. Since it's an 18" and not a 20", it has the perfect sound and volume. The 10" splash has a very nice cut and has a fast, clean sound when choked. The free 12" china that comes along with it is a great accenting cymbal for effects in a song. This is the quality you can always expect from Meinl, and I would gladly point somebody towards these cymbals!
