Comments about Martin Road Series 000RS1 Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

After 45 years of playing I finally purchased a Martin. One of their less expensive but with great feel and sound. A solid wood body and good looking. I purchased this over a dreadnought, wanting a slightly smaller body style. Not as robust as a dreadnought but very smooth and the same Martin quality. A great buy

Comments about Martin Road Series 000RS1 Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I would not call myself advanced but I am definitely not a beginner. Was looking to upgrade and wanted the signature Martin sound and feel. This met those requirements. Great sound and all wood guitar. Good bass response. Low action and great/easy to play. Would buy again.

Comments about Martin Road Series 000RS1 Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Been playing guitar for 41 years, 40 professionally. More guitars in that time than I can recall.
As a singer/songwriter and lead guitarist, I use a couple of acoustics in my show, a dreadnought and a classical. They both do their job, but aren't comfortable for a 4 hour show. I've been looking for a 000 for awhile. Martin quality and built in electronics for this price? Can't be beat.
The Sapele body is great. Warm and beautiful tone. Darker than Sitka, but brighter than mahogany. The richlite fingerboard feels nice. Despite what many say, you really can't tell the difference from ebony unless you're looking for it. You can't go wrong with this beauty.

Comments about Martin Road Series 000RS1 Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I traded in my DRS01 for this guitar (the DRS01 was too big and not comfortable for me) and I fell in love with it at the first strum. It is comfortable, light, projects sound in a big way, and has a great neck on it. It stays in tune and is fun to play. My favorite guitar by far! And you can't beat the price!

Has, hands down, an excellent sound quality. Deep rich tones no matter the chord. Love the fit and finish and would suggest this to anyone looking for a quality guitar at an affordable price.
