Martin Quality for Vintage Instruments

Comments about Martin M530 Phosphor Bronze Extra Light 3-Pack Acoustic Guitar Strings:

I've never used extra light strings on any acoustics and I've been playing for about 40 years. I recently inherited a couple of 100+ year old parlor guitars and I decided to try the Martin M530s. The old instruments are somewhat fragile so the string tension on the extra lights suit them well. The aged Brazillian rosewood bodies right out well with these strings and it's easy to imagine the sounds of the bluesmen from the 1920's playing these very instruments.
