Strings are no doubt the best quality. Note, however, the wrapped strings are a Medium-Light diameter. Not much difference, but enough to cause a little buzz on a low action guitar.
I have been using these strings for about a year now and really like them. They have a nice, balanced tone. I recently put a set on a Dean Jumbo guitar that I had been using another companies strings on and I was so surprised at how much difference they made. The guitar came alive and has more sustain, projection, brightness and ring.
Strings are definately a matter of personal taste, but I've had great success with these. They sound fresh and clear for a long time and I've never broken one. I like the silk wrapped ball end on my vintage Martin OM. I finger pick, but recently also put these on my Taylor and they strum pretty well too. I use these to play out. No worries. I can get some good bend on them without losing tone or fear breakage.
