Overview

Co-designed with Guitar Center, this stunning Martin dreadnought features a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood for the back and sides. The neck is made from a single piece of mahogany topped with a smooth ebony fingerboard. The 1.75" width at the nut is a little wider than usual and makes it easier to finger intricate chords or play fingerstyle.

The GC MMVCE is dressed with a multi-ring rosette and grained ivoroid binding that looks and feels vintage. Offset dot markers the length of the fingerboard along with the tortoiseshell pickguard add a distinctive touch. This exclusive model comes ready to take the stage with Fishman preamp controls and tuner discretely within reach. Includes Martin hardshell case.

Comments about Martin Custom GC MMVCE Cutaway Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Thank you Guitar Center for teaming up with Martin to create a soon to be classic Martin guitar. This guitar has all of the old school classic design features, gloss finish everywhere, white binding, ebony fret board and bridge, spruce top, rosewood back an sides and Fishman electronics. This guitar practically plays itself and its appearance is exceeded only by the D-45

Sweet warm and beautiful

Comments about Martin Custom GC MMVCE Cutaway Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Great sound nice and warm. Beautiful wood great neck. Great for fingerpicking but also sounds great strumming chords. Nothing bad as far as I can tell. At the store I tried Gibsons, Taylor's, and other Martins, but the warmth and mids and lows felt much warmer. The Ebony fret board plays great love the beauty of the mahogany neck and the Rosewood is beautiful. Just purchased it yesterday and am loving it.

Comments about Martin Custom GC MMVCE Cutaway Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Excellent sound and feel the mahogany neck is thick and beautifully designed. The rosewood is beautifully crafted. Very warm with great lows and balanced mids. The ebony fretboard feels great. Out of all of the acoustics I sampled, which included gibsons Taylors and other martins, this one gave the warmest hug. Sweet
