To expand on the very popular mahogany trend in modern guitar building, Martin went out and created this unique 00 14 Fret, sloped shoulder model. It features a genuine mahogany body with a satin finish and 1933 Museum burst, Madagascar rosewood binding, and cherry herringbone inlays and rosette. It is a departure from the more tradition Martin tonewood, and since only three were made, you can be sure if you buy this one, you'll be getting a guitar with a sound that is not only warm and smooth as silk but on very unique as well. Other appointments include a modified V neck shape with Performing Artist taper, Waverly nickel tuners with butter bean knobs, an ebony straightline bridge, Adirondack scalloped bracing, and a Madagascar rosewood headstock overlay with a pearl/mother-of-pearl block and border.
Hardshell case included.
