Product Information

A treasured classic brought back to life.

Silky sweet tone from a solid Sitka spruce top is combined with narrow-waisted comfort and sumptuous appointments in the Martin OM28-V Vintage Reissue Acoustic Guitar. Solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, bold herringbone top inlay, grained ivoroid binding and heel cap, HD zigzag back purfling, and a black ebony fretboard mark this one as a true luxury instrument. Traditional scalloped 1/4" bracing, solid mahogany neck, modified V neck shape, traditional open-geared Gotoh nickel tuners with butterbean knobs, and a Corian© nut make it authentic and ready for years of serious use.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

I Love It

I shopped around and played every high quality guitar I could find, and the Martin om 28v is the best. I had owned a lesser Martin before, so I had an ear for the Martin sound. Next to this guitar nothing else can satisfy, great lows and highs, but the midrange of the OM 28v blew me away. Great for flat pick, and perfect for finger picking. The powerful voice and sustain makes my Gibson Songwriter sound like an embarrassing toy. If you aren't bothered by that anti-martin snobbery take th Martin OM 28v home, and pass it down to your grandchildren, they will love you for it.

Players dream

Absolutely phenomenal! There is not a guitar I've played with more tone or more body. If you are a rhythmic pick and slap player (Clapton/Mayer), look no further.

Incredible acoustic

I've had a high-end Takamine for years. And then found the OM28-V. The resonance and sustain of this guitar is incredible and probably are the strongest selling points for this model. The playability is superior. And the responsiveness from the total instrument just blew me away. This is absolutely worth the money, whether flatpicking or finger-style, and the sounds it creates are truly inspiring.
