Historically, 21 styling has represented the most simple appointments offered with rosewood back and sides and a spruce top. The OM-21 Special closely replicates this plain but beautiful style by blending rosewood bindings, a fine patterned Herringbone rosette, a nitrate tortoise pickguard and ebony fingerboard and pyramid bridge. The result is a stunning guitar that pays homage to the Golden Era styling.

amazing guitar!!!!

I recently received one of these guitars. I have tried out hundreds of acoustic guitars and none come close to having the dynamics of this guitar. The only thing that came close was a Collings, which are twice the price. This thing is perfect, the only thing that I can think of that people who use open tunings without a capo will not like this guitar. The bracing in this guitar is super light and brittle and cannot withstand tuning your strings up and will snap the bracing. So tune down and use a capo! other than that this guitar is simply amazing..
