Standard quality strings, good life, good sound. They have a very scratchy noise, however, when you do large gaps in note switches. Aside from that MINOR problem, they're good quality for your acoustic, no matter what your skill set
I actually put these strings on my Yamaha Gigmaker Deluxe and boy what a difference a set of strings make! They sound great from highs to lows and it's pretty easy on the fingers, for light strings anyway. And my beginner's guitar went from sounding just like that to sounding like a more expensive guitar...all for around $5. Even my friend who has been playing guitar for decades said the sound is so much better with this set of strings. I've upgraded guitars since but these strings were my choice for a long time.
The Phosphor Bronze strings have a great tone and really feel great. One of the best strings I have ever purchased. WIll be sure to pick up more!
