These strings have a nice even balance on tone across all six strings. You can't tell which ones are wrapped just by listening, like you can with most nylons. The unwrapped strings do not sound "thunky" at all, and have a nice, clear resonance. The entire set is incredibly warm-sounding , with a nice "jazzy" feel. They do not feel like rubber bands, as most nylons do. The ball-ends make changing strings much easier. And you can't beat the price.
