I'll keep it short and to the point..this is one of the finest acoustic guitars in the world, period. The sound is amazing, the quality of build, materials, finish, and compnay support are outstanding.
I have been playing for about 11 years now and this is by far the best acoustic guitar I have ever played on. It has a very full bottom end and mid range and a slightly softer high end giving it a very smooth and mellow tone. The action on it is low and is very easy to play. Not only dose it sound and play great but it looks nice as well. Nothing too fancy, but the woods are beautiful. You won't find a better sounding guitar on the market.
I had a D-28(1989) and thought it was the best ever. As good as it was this one is better, a tough feat. Everything about this guitar is superb. Old designs and modern techniques make for a great mix of old and new. Just look at it. Wait until you play it. Your own pre-war D-28 that doesn't cost 50 or 60k.
