  • One spray and Ichh...the worst smell ever

    I'm not one to complain about smells but I tried just one spray of this polish and it has the most awful smell to it. So, I'm returning it along with the two sets of Martin SP strings I had to buy to get the polish for free, (a $7.99 value). Guess that's why the polish was free, it stinks really bad. I'll continue using my bottle of Gibson Guitar Polish, it smells quite nice by comparison. Sorry C.F., but your polish stinks to high heaven. However, I do like the almost 30 year old MIJ by Sigma for C.F. Martin & CO. spruce top/rosewood sides-back 12-string I bought from the Warwick RI GC store, it is a most wonderful guitar and the guts look just like the Martin guitars of today. Sadly I must use Gibson polish on it however. Oh well, such is life.

Martin makes some of the best guitars in the world, so why would they compromise when it comes to taking care of your guitar?
