Product Information

Since its 1931 debut, the D-28 has remained the standard by which all large-bodied, steel-stringed guitars are measured.

The tone of the Martin D-28 Acoustic Guitar is what separates it from all other guitars. It has a solid Sitka spruce top with glossy finish, special East Indian rosewood for the polished back and sides, and genuine ebony fingerboard and bridge. With its rich, resonant warmth and punchy volume, the D-28 is particularly well-suited to music styles requiring loud, powerful rhythm accompaniment. Includes Martin deluxe hardshell case and limited lifetime warranty.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

RickyBobby

Best dang guitar I ever did own. Totally rocks. Booming base tone with delicate, yet not washed out, high end. Recommend anyone considering getting one to stay with medium strings as Lights greatly reduce the wonderful sound of this guitar. Outstanding workmanship and quality. You can easily find this guitar for 60% of retail so it ends up being a great value.

1940 D-28

My mom purchased my 1940 D-28 Martin for me a few years ago and I wouldn't take nothing for it. It is by far the best sounding guitar I have ever played. If the new D-28's are anything like mine they can't be beat. They are like fine wine they get better with age.
