The back and sides are formed from high-pressure laminate and the fingerboard and bridge are made from Micarta. Prefix Pro electronics deliver perfectly tweaked tone.

Different is better

This guitar has a different feel -- and terrific Martin Sound. It has a narrow neck, slim body, and light weight. It is very comfortable to play, and it is my favorite guitar to play. I have a Guild Bluegrass Jubilee, a Takamine 340c, an ovation ultra deluxe shallow bowl, and the Martin has replaced them all.

Best Guitar I have ever owned

I have owned many brands of guitar over my 25 year history of playing. Gibson, Fender, Takamine, Ibanez, Taylor. All have been replaced by this shiny little guitar. With the look, style, and sound for the big stage or just rocking around the house, you cannot beat it.
