The Marshall AVT150X 4-channel combo amp with DFX is one loaded combo: 150 watts of power and 2 separate, 16 digital effects sections! The tube preamp drives the Clean, Overdrive 1, and Overdrive 2 channels with an added acoustic simulator channel (makes any electric sound like an acoustic). Because all 4 channels are footswitchable (switch included), this Marshall amp gives guitarists ample versatility on stage. 2 digital effects sections enhance this flexibility. One section is dedicated to the clean and simulator channels, the other to the overdrive channels. All effects are tweakable via mix, adjust, and select knobs; and are on/off footswitchable. With 150W driving a Celestion 12" (custom-designed for the AVT series), this amp cranks without losing focus. Headphone jack, speaker emulated line out, and an effects loop with level and front-panel mix control. Like all the Marshall AVTs, its preamp section is based on a 12AX7 and delivers great tone. The Marshall AVT150X includes a PEDL-00031 footswitch.

this combo amp has been solid perfoming in every aspect of tone, punch when needed and road worthy since I have basically traveled coast to coast with loads of road rock in between. No gliches or flaws since I purchased new in '02. Definitely worth checking out for what ever it is your into playing.
i bought thies amp about 4 months ago. today i was playin and it just quit on me.......i guess something burned maybe a fuse, have not open it since its supposed to be under warranty. since i bought i had problem after problem. lots of interference, the foot switch works eratically, never get clean channel on foot switch. the accoustic emulator sounds like a midi file... this amp was a replacement for my roland jazz chorus. im going back to it. i had that for 15 years and never change a fuse. (plus bougth it used)
