Great Practice Amp!

I just started playing bass and wanted an amp that wouldn't break the bank or make my Ibanez EDB 600 sound like something purchased from Target. The classic and modern options are really great and I love the compression option when switching to modern. The EQ is pretty cool, however, being new, I'm not sure how to use it..yet! It's loud enough for my purposes, and I use a boss overdrive pedal with it and the combo is working out very well. I'd definitely recommend this as a practice amp.

Powerful in a difernet way

This amp may not be that powerful by its self but it has a line out jack so you could hook it up to a PA system and make yourself go def. So if you see an amp with a line out jack it can be powerful trust me!!!

Mike Tyson's amp!

If Mike Tyson played bass he would use this amp cause it's a knockout. Just kiddin, it's a really good amp though. As i've gotten better with my 5 string Peavey Grind i realized how good this is. With the bass at 10, voice at 5 , treble at 6, and compression you can play anything. I use my neck pu mostly and you can do smooth lines or do a 3 string pop sweep and it doesn't sound like a bomb in a pop rocks factory. Just like what Gene Simmons say's about Dr. Pepper, this amp is "Amazingly Smooth".
