This Marshall AS100D Acoustic Combo Amp is the one to have. Specially designed for use with a variety of acoustic instruments with or without pickups. Its four channels give you the flexibility to handle piezo transducers or magnetic pickups, a mic for vocals or instruments, and external audio equipment via a phono input channel. Channels 1 and 2 have separate EQ and level controls but also may be linked. 2x50W stereo power gives you plenty of oomph for stage performance, and a balanced line out allows direct connection to a PA. The Marshall amp has a built-in digital reverb, delay, and chorus that add dimension to your sound, and a balanced parallel effects loop with level is included. Anti-feedback controls include a phase switch and notch filters for each channel with selectable extra notch depth for channels 1 and 2.

bought this about two years ago. ive just recently unlocked this amp/pa's potential with a little tweaking. with the eq's for mic and guitar i can dial in my sound how i want it. can also get some cool sounds from the effects. it comes with a little stompbox to switch effects on and off which is a plus. i got everything i needed. has always worked properly. the only downside is that it weighs almost 50 pounds. but with all its great features that is to be expected. it gets loud if you need it to be and has anti-feedback so you can get rid of unwanted noise.
The AS100D is the best acoustic amp setup out there. I use it weekly to host acoustic jam nights at local venues. The clarity is unmatched by any others I have used, and the features are just what you need if you are solo or wish to use it as a host amp/pa. I have this one and the AS50D also. If you are serious about your sound, and need an amp of this category, then this is the one you should get. It's heavy and well built. The (2) 8" speakers really push and this amp gets loud. We have run all kinds of instruments and mics through it (including bass guitars). If you don't want the weight and don't need as many channels, then I recommend the AS50D as an alternative. I wouldn't part with either.
It is the right amp to have for performances. Make no mistake the the amp is a Five Star when it comes to quality sound !!!
A word to the wise -- If you are playing a Taylor guitar with the Expression System,, make sure that the anti feedback is OFF - button in the out position ! I was almost ready to send the amp back due to lack of tone (no bass). I finally popped the anti-feedback button out and everything came to life !! :)
Also, find an amp cover because the vents for the electrics are on the top of the unit. Don't place any drinks on top and don't take it out to your car in a rain storm unless it is covered.
Again, the Amps performance is unbeatable !!!!!
