Highly recommended! I bought it to replace a 10 year old version of the same mixer - There is nothing wrong with the old one, it's still going strong - Just needed a new mixer for a new sound system with a new band. Since I was so happy with the performance of the older Mackie mixer I decided to buy the Mackie active speakers to go along with new mixer.
This is a great mixer with one minor problem I work in a smokey bar and the small sub-assign buttons stop making good connections after a while. As long as you aren't dealing with a lot of smoke or don't mind cleaning it often this is a great mixer
I have been using this mixer for the Youth Group in the church I attend and its a great mixer. We have never had a problem with any of the inputs and no knobs or sliders have broken. Its a very compact and durable mixer. Its very easy to and I recommend this to any church youth group or small band.
This mixer is great for small studios and live gigs....I've used mine for years in my home studio and at all my bands gigs...easy to use and has enough inputs for everything you need...
