and I actually like it. It is built well, and I got it on sale, and took advantage of it. The mic is very warm sounding, and clear. I produce R&B and Hip Hop, and I have a mobile rig, so this is ideal for travel. I also have an internet radio show, this would fit well in the loop too. And I own an Audix OM2,which we have used to record vocals, but it's always good to have a back up, just in case.

Comments about MXL 910 Voice/Instrument Condenser Microphone:

First experience with a condenser microphone so I wasn't sure what to expect. Got it on sale so it was a reasonable expense and experience. Very happy with the quality of sound in the limited time I've worked with it. And I learned about the PHANTOM power supply that was NOT mentioned in GC's advertisement.

For the SALE price, it's a wonderful way to start learning and it really does sound great!
