This is a comparatively simple interface compared to my presonus interfaces. I found it easy to setup and use with very little confusion. The Vista driver is still beta and required a couple of hoops to be jumped through but it didn't take long. I've read that AC3 passthrough doesn't work in vista yet, but haven't tried to confirm this myself. I mainly use it as a sound card, as well as an output interface for mixing in Cubase when I'm away from the bigger interfaces. Its very easy to use, 8ms latency on my laptop and sounds very nice. I recommend it a lot.
I bought this to use as a sound card and it's the most transparent one I've tried. Sound quality is excellent and the latency extremely low. The included driver software didn't work with my Vista OS but I was able to download the correct driver from their website.
