Great Vocal Mic

I am impressed with the quality of the mic for its price. I use this mic a lot for vocals in my home studio. Be advised that you need phantom power for this condenser mic (no battery input). If you have a powered mixer or USB + XLR computer interface, you should be fine.

Thank GOD for M-Audio

I just purchased a studio for my home, and purchased the mic, because of a low budget, but WOW!!!! I have compared it to the mics used in the studios I've worked in, and it gives them a run for there money, but spending a bunch less. My artist, friends and engineers couldn't tell that I recorded it on this mic. You will definately get a Bang For Your Buck with the Nova!!

Great budget mic

This is a great all purpose microphone, suitable for most applications. I have recorded guitar and voice with it and it handled very nicely. Clear highs, reasonably accurate midrange and decent lows. It doesn't have the best features, but for $100 you're getting a pretty good deal.

Good Mic for the Price

Wow, great mic for the price range. Very nice clear vocals. Good lows and highs... Very good construction. This mic has been through some crap already and has held up well. I recommend it for Vocals because it will accurately represent the sound.
