Luna Woodlands Spalted Maple

By Nancy Jerominski

Comments about Luna Guitars Woodland Series Spalted Maple Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I traded in my Gibson L-4A because the dreadnought is really too big for me and I just didn't like the way it sounded, even though it WAS a Gibson and it looked wonderful. The Luna fits me better, is easier to play, has a wonderful sound, is stunning to look at and the onboard electronics are sweet. She came with a nice set of D'Addario long play strings and I had the action lowered a bit; the intonation was true right out of the box. I've tried playing other high end guitars, like my Gibson (which I bought used) and Taylor, but just wasn't impressed enough to spend all that loot. I like exotic wood guitars and this little beauty is perfect for me. Oh, and the staff at the Southcenter Guitar Center in Washington State SO rock the house!
