Really nice set for the price. Sounds surprisingly good. There were no instructions in the box - I figured it out but can imagine that would be a challenge for some customers. The hi hat and ride/crash cymbals are small and sound plinky. Shells sound great and snare is pretty good too. My 8 yrs old little guy, loves it.
this baby might be smaller but its power is without doubt greater than any other drum out there. the professional sound and quality make it the best in performance. A really great deal for this amazing set. it really will inspire any professional drummer. it is the bomb!!! you wont regret its clean superior sound.
i got this for my son who started to play drums like his dad last year! sounded very crispy and bright. totally didn't expect it to sound just like a regular drumset. too good that i decided to incorporate it to my drumset. believe it or not the bass drum sounds better than my pearl bass drum which is worth 4x as much! its so funny, i started using it myself and using it on gigs. i love the sound of the bass drum so much that i converted it(bought a jungle jig conversion kit to convert the bass drum). i'm gonna get another one for my son again!:)
