Daisy Chain IEC Power Cable

I have several rack boxes with several 1 space (1u) items and a power conditioner in side. I wanted to condense the “spaghetti” of wires to a minimum, and keep from using all of my power outlets. These little babies did the trick. They kept all my power cables short and to the one side. The only problem I had is when using them inside a plastic box like the SKB or Gator, is it made a tight fit near the center. When they were plugged into the rack units in the middle of the box near the carry handles, the pigtail was pressed up against the side of the box and I had to bend the pigtail cable to make it fit.

Nicely made

Well made. Exactly what I needed to clean up the mess of wiring in my rack. A note though, the double-sided end is bulky and long, so make sure you have enough depth in your rack to plug in another power wire. You'll need 3-4" of clearance, I'd guess. Also, the grommet around the wire is very stiff, so make sure you have clearance for the wire, especially of the power input is vertical rather than horizontal. I ended up flip flopping two pieces in my rack to make these work.
