ToneCore Verbzilla delivers amazing reverb models with loads of control.

The Line 6 ToneCore Verbzilla reverb effect pedal creates luscious, studio-grade algorithms-- from classic guitar amp-style spring reverb to dreamy, high-end studio favorites. Tone, Mix, Decay, and Time controls help you find the exact effect you want, and the Trails on/off switch allows the ToneCore reverb to decay or cut off once you hit bypass. The ToneCore Verbzilla has a huge array of reverb models including '63 Spring, Spring, Plate, Room, Hall, Chamber, Ducking, Octo (a Line 6 exclusive), Cave, Tile, and Echo.

ToneCore guitar pedals consist of a ToneDock base--in stereo or mono--and interchangeable effects modules that snap in and out, allowing you to change effects without rearranging your pedalboard. The ToneDock is powered by a 9V battery or optional DC-1 adapter.

  • Great Verbs, Good value

As reviewed by will kimbrough on 11/18/2008

I have been a Line 6 Green Box (delay, looping) user for about 10 years. Love that pedal! My first one lasted 8 years---years of constant touring in the US and Europe and lots of sessions in Nashville---my second one hasn't been quite so sturdy, but I'm still a fan of Line 6 products. Got my Verbzilla pretty quickly after ordering it over the phone from my local Guitar Center (Nashville). The first thing I used it for was a session here in town. I dug it, the engineer dug it, the client walked in and said "that's a cool reverb on the baritone guitar!" So I'm totally pleased. Mainly using the 63 Spring setting, but all the settings have their charms, especially Octo, when used with a long delay and a volume pedal. Atmospheric heaven.

  • Great Reverb Pedal!

As reviewed by thesilverbullet524 on 5/2/2011

Lots of great reverb tone! Everything from almost completely dry with a tiny echo to playing in an echo chamber. Plus, the greatest feature of all: OCTO. It's like a fantasia symphony is playing along with you. Hard to describe, but it sounds AMAZING!! Battery compartment is easy to access, pedal is solid and light (although it looks like something from the original Star Wars). It's a little bit pricey, but overall I think its worth it. Plus you can find it used for a lot. By the way, although Line 6 pedals are supposed to use a different power supply, I have been using a Boss AC adapter and it has worked fine. Lately, I switched to a 1 Spot power chain and it works great as the seventh pedal on the chain, no buzz or fuzz. Great buy, another great pedal by Line 6!

  • Everything you could want from a reverb pedal

As reviewed by Nate on 12/31/2007

There really isn't a large selection when it comes to reverb pedals, which makes me thankful that this one exists. The audio samples on the site really let the pedal speak for itself, but this is certainly a powerful and excellent sounding pedal. My favorite effect is using the "Cave" setting and riding the gain knob on my guitar for a big and lush effect. The variety of settings give about as my different reverb sounds as you could want, from a mild spring, to a huge wash, to some pretty crazy sounds. As with the other Tonecore pedals, it is big and built to last. Although it may seem relatively expensive, the variety of settings and excellent sound quality will convince you of its value. It should be a first choice.
