This bundle features a Lexicon Lambda USB Audio Interface, 2 JBL Control 2P compact powered monitors, and an AKG Perception 120 mic. The AKG Perception 120 is a general-purpose condenser microphone with a 2/3" cardioid capsule for balanced response with excellent transients. This package is a great start for anyone interested in home recording!
The Lexicon software is very easy to install and use.
The hardware itself isn't very large, which makes it really easy to take on the go.
The only thing I dislike about this setup is the mic.
Don't get me wrong, the mic isn't bad or anything. It would easily work quite well for someone just getting started! I just personally prefer my Shure SM57 Condenser mic to it.
The SM57 collects a more crisp sound, especially when you get into using a lot of gain, it never fuzzes up.
Overall though this is a great product.It gives you everything you need to start home recording with good quality, and for an excellent price!
