  • Correct Specifications

    The product details on this site are mistaken. The correct name for this model is Levy MSS2-4. Its length is also mistaken. Its actual length is adjustable from 36" to 52". This is the regular model size, although an XL size exist (+12"), is not the one sold here. I just received mine and I'm very pleased with it. I have a very heavy six string bass and I like to position my bass right above my belly to better access the high C string. This Strap worked for me because its very wide (4 and 1/2 inches) and it gets to that wide in just 6" from the pin hole. This allows me to benefit from the wide padded area even if I play with my bass above my belly button. Other straps get wider gradually or have a longer distance between the pin hole and the widest padded area making it impossible for me to enjoy the benefits of it. I give this strap 5 starts because its solved my bass weight distribution problem. Its very comfortable, seems durable and it has a wide range of length. It has two holes on the low end so that you can quickly make changes in length by 6" without having to loop the belt.Looping the belt can take a little more time to make adjustments. On the other hand, because the strap has no metal or plastic parts, you can leave it on your bass and put it on gig-bag without having to worry about it scratching the instrument. If you have a heavy instrument and shoulder discomfort because of it, I would recommend to try this product M

  • Best Strap Ever

    This is the best bass guitar strap that I have ever owned. I have been playing for 20+ and this is the first strap that hasn't cut into my shoulder after an hour or so. Love it and would recommend it to everyone.

  • Incredibly awesome strap!!!

    Wow... when I first got this strap I thought "wow, this is huge and bulky" but when I tried it on my bass I felt as if I was not wearing my bass at all... the 4.5in width of the strap allows the bass weight to distribute evenly over my shoulders. If you got a 10lb+ bass get this strap.
