This is an awesome bridge.

This is a really nice replacement/upgrade bridge for your P or J bass. It makes your bass sound alot better. They are pretty easily installed and they are good looking. If you dont like the bridge that came on your Fender, Get this. I would deffinatly recomend it. I use one on my Fender US HIghway One Jazz bass.

SUNN-MON

I have only made 1 modification to my 1967 Fender Precision Bass that I have owned since 1971. In 1978 I had a Leo Quan BadAss II installed because: I play loud, I play fast, like the sustain and at the volume levels we play at the springs on my original bridge vibrate and get amplified. I bought a Geddy Lee Jazz bass cause it is a good buy and had, drum roll please... a Leo Quan BadAss II on it. IMHO I'd like to see Fender put it on as an option for those of us that like it. It bolts on with no drilling. Just install, restring with LD66's and Adjust your "harmonics"(intonation), enjoy, repeat on all your basses.

Professional

Theres a reason why Mike Dirnt and Geddy Lee's signature basses come with a BadAss II bridge on them. Personally I think all Fender J-basses should have them, but they dont. Needless to say, this is a must have upgrade for any P or J bass, and you can easily do it without breaking the bank while you're at it. Great value.

If God Needed A Replacement Bridge...

He would send down Jesus again to get us this Badass. The Leo Quan BadAss Bass Bridge II has something about it that Einstein probably couldn't explain... it allows the sound to sustain for what seems like hours, and looks like it was made for royalty. Well, that's what you deserve right? It's certainly what I got! Very pleased with this, although the price made me "hmmm...", definitely worth the cash.

sweet bridge

i bought a fender deluxe j bass off ebay that had this bridge already installed. i couldn't tell any difference until i played a friend's jazz bass through my rig and could tell how well the sound was sustained. for the price it's kind of iffy, but if you can afford this, do it!
