  • Great case

    The case has an inside compartment which is large enough for tuners/picks/etc. There is a bigger compartment on the outside which holds my music book. Overall a very solid case for my Lanikai Tenor ukulele.

  • Nice light hardshell case

    I picked up this Lanikai tenor hardshell case at GC during their cyber Monday sale. I currently own an Epiphone concert size uke on which I've been learning to play. I'll be taking this case with me to Hawaii next month where I have my eye on a Pono tenor. I'm quite happy with the quality of this case. It's hard enough that I don't foresee any damage to the instrument inside. You can carry it by the handle, sling it over your shoulder or turn it into a backpack. Sure, if I owned a $2000+ ukulele I'd most likely only use a professional hard case but this case is more than adequate. Also, there's an outside pouch for books/chord charts and an inside compartment for tuner, batteries, extra strings...Put it on your Christmas list!

  • Good Value For Light Protection

    This case fits mt Lanikai tenor ukulele perfectly, as I expected it would. It's more of a hard-shell gig bag than a hard-shell case, but has several good carrying options, good size outside pocket. I didn't give it five stars because the zipper tabs are a bit flimsy compared to other gig bags, including Guitar Center's excellent Road Runner line. It offers good value for my at-home storage, needs; probably not good for airline baggage systems.
