  • It's O.K.

As reviewed by heidi guio on 1/4/2012

This Uku is really fun to play, but it won't stay in tune. It falls out of tune to the same place everytime. As far as the workmanship, it's very rough, as if it wasn't sanded enough. I'm going to have to finish it myself. And the frets hang over the neck and seem too long. I'm going to try to file them down. Having said all that, when I am playing it, it is a lot of fun. It's my first time playing a uke so I'm having a good time learning new songs for it. I'm a guitar player.

  • Awesome

As reviewed by Ally Neutze on 5/6/2010

This is my second ukulele. My first was a baritone, and is not as enjoyable to play. I can sit and play this ukulele with friends anytime and have a great time. The ukulele has a really great clean sound. It hardly goes out of tune either. I haven't used the jack to plug it to an amp, but I'm sure it will sound great in that case too. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a built-in tuner. I know most don't but someone should make one. My guitar has one and it is so much more convenient. Other than that, I have been completely complacent.
