LAGUNA GUITARS LAUNCHES "ONE GUITAR, ONE TREE" REFORESTATION INITIATIVE

Laguna Guitars, reflecting the passionate convictions of musicians, celebrates Earth Day by launching their new "One Guitar, One Tree" reforestation initiative. This plan involves planting one tree for every Laguna guitar made. In addition, Laguna continues to deepen its other practical efforts to reduce waste, recycle and conserve the planet's resources.

For decades, musicians have proudly been socially aware and urged others to take more action, advocacy and awareness in environmental matters. As musicians themselves, those at Laguna have always passionately supported that position, knowing that trees are an economical, long-term solution to many tough environmental problems, including air and water pollution, climate change, wildlife protection, habitat restoration and more. In partnership with AmericanForests.org and their Global Relief campaign, Laguna proudly plants a tree for each Laguna guitar made.

In addition, Laguna's shipping cartons are designed to provide maximum protection with a minimum of material. Their boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard that is also 100% recyclable, which they naturally encourage wherever possible. Also, in the interests of conservation, they have decided not to print glossy, heavyweight catalogs as millions from various companies end up in landfills every year. Instead, Laguna provides extensive information online at their website (www.playlaguna.com) and a catalog will soon be available as downloadable PDF's, allowing users to print only those pages they want.

As with the design and manufacture of their guitars, Laguna welcomes an open dialogue with musicians and encourages them to share their thoughts and ideas on environmental matters including Laguna's "One Guitar, One Tree" initiative and other earth-friendly plans. All such feedback can be directed to environment@playlaguna.com. Please visit PlayLaguna.com or AmericanForests.org for more information on the "One Guitar, One Tree" initiative and Global Relief campaign.

Awesome guitar for the money!

By Brett

from Phoenix, AZ

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

This has got to be one of the best guitars at this price available right now. It's just like the Brawley guitars that were available a few years ago. The neck is super fast and smooth as silk. The pictures on-line don't do this guitar justice. It's just beautiful. The hardware is top notch as well. I love the locking tuners and roller string trees. This guitar says in tune perfectly. My only "complaint" is that I don't seem to hear any difference in sound while using the push/pull tone control. Otherwise the guitar is almost perfect. I would highly reccommend giving this guitar a try!

Versatile Geet

By John

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

I really like this axe. I was playing several geets at Guitar Center then picked this one up. Was playing it thru a Marshall and was very impressed with the wide range of sounds that I was able to get. Great tone and feel. Really liked the neck. Feels like it can stand up to a little abuse. I have 34 years experience playing and wouldn't hesitate recommending it, or using this axe as a work horse. Check it out!

Buy this guitar!!!

By Marcos Robinson

from Brooklyn, New york

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

If your on a budget and want a really great guitar by this one.The neck is smooth and doesnt have any dead notes like most other guitars. The pickups are just sexy. The clean sounds almost like an acoustic.and on distorion it just screams with harmonics. It's so rare to find a wilkinson on a guitar in this price range. only downside, if you decide to use 10's make sure to adjust the screws i n back the guitar or just add another spring!

Epic.

By Gabe

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

This guitar has a great feel to it. The neck is extremely comfortable. I play it through a Line 6 and it sounds very good, especially when set to the "Metal" tone on the Line 6 amp. The color scheme is brilliant as well, as it's nothing too dull, but it's not over the top, either. On top of it all, it's a very affordable guitar.

Great in every way!

By MikeM

from Charlotte, NC

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

This guitar sounds beautiful with the swamp ash body and high quality pickups. The neck feels great (like and Ibanez). Tone variations are wide with the H-S-S config and the pull-knob single-coil bridge pickup option. Also, the middle pickup is wired out of phase giving the sweet bell-like tones in positions 2 and 4. All the details are high quality like the tuning machines, bridge, roller string-guides, metal knobs and metal jack plate. I love the strat shape with the more modern look and the beautiful finishes available. I actually can't find a single detail on this guitar that I would change and can't believe the price - my other guitars are collecting dust!

I bought this guitar today! It's amazing, just holding it makes you feel like a pro already. It's pretty easy to get around the fret board. This sleek (I got the white/blonde one) yet great playing electric guitar is great if you're looking for a beginner or even an intermediate one that's easy to handle.

Great guitar but not for me

By Danny

from Assonet, MA

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

This guitar is great for someone who doesnt change the tunings, if you stay in E standard then you should definitely consider it. It's pick-ups are great, like amazing, when I was at the store I was choosing between an Ibanez or this. I played the Ibanez then this and I was blown away by the difference, but at the time I wasnt aware of the floating bridge and I change from E standard to drop D to drop C a lot. If you have the patience to spend literally like ten minutes tuning then go for this but it's not for changing tunings.

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

This is a real smooth playing ax with a combonation of sound selection. Its very close to the ibanez s series as far as the action of the neck and the light body wieght. the alnico pick ups are great the singles sound as good as an american strat the double coil sounds thick and meaty like an gibson sg. The cosmetics of this ax is nothing short of art, very detail oreintated.

Laguna LE322 rocks!

By Sadhu

from Saint Louis, MO

Comments about Laguna LE322 Electric Guitar:

I've been a working pro for over 35 years now, and owned just about every brand of guitar around. My current inventory includes a couple Fenders, a Gibson, a Gretch, a Ric, and a few others. However, this guitar IS MY GIGGING GUITAR (along with it's older brother, a Brawley Threat 222 guitar). I play it though an Ampeg Reverbrocket 2-12" tube amp. (wow!) These guitars are simply designed well, and made of premium wood, hardware and electronics. Don't get hung on brand names (just to keep up with the 'Jones') More (money) is not always "better product". This guitar is priced right, and competes with Custom Shop products from other companies. Try this axe out, crank it on a gig, hear the tone, feel the quality. You won't go want to go back to the big boys (Gibson, Fender etc.). I give the designers and craftsmen 5 stars on this well designed guitar!
