NEW REVIEW - Impressive!

I did not go to GC to buy the Laguana LG300CE! I had in mind another acoustic with a very famous brand name. When I got there I picked up the one I was going to buy and just did not feel it was very good at all. I asked the salesman to pick out what he felt was the best guitar in there within my price range. He brought a Ibanez acoustic electric which was very nice. I nevertheless asked him to bring me one more that he liked. He brought me the LG300CE! I just loved it. It was a little more expensive. It is very easy on your fingers. Great action! A different but pleasant sound. It certainly looks very different but is truly quite pretty in person. The finish is excellent! It is very comfortable to hold and play. Really for the money I think I did very well indeed!

Laguna LG300CE Solid-Top Acoustic-Electric Guitar

I just bought the Laguna LG Series LG6CERW Cutaway Acoustic Electric Guitar yesterday and when i had to take a friend back today i found this one and immediately exchanged the LG6 for this LG300CE because although i love the LG6 the LG300CE just has such a beautiful tone quality. I asked a friend to listen to it with his eyes closed and when he opened his eyes he couldn't believe what he saw because he could of sworn that i was playing a dreadnought style guitar due to the fact that this guitar just has such a nice deep, rich, true sound quality!

I Consider Myself Blessed

Normally I don't choose guitars very well and end up regretting my purchases. But, my LG300CE is the best guitar I have ever held in my hands. I am more inspired to practice. I almost hate to put it down. It is surprisingly easy to play even for me as an electric guitar player. This guitar has a solid spruce top when some expensive guitars do not. If the price stays the same, I'll get the black model real soon. My guitar came with D'Addario lights (Phosphor Bronze) strings, and they seem ideal for this guitar. I recommend not changing the strings right away, and stick with the same brand if you do. They are good strings. The overtone rings with such a pretty sound. When plug into an amp the sound is amazing. My guitar's abalone inlay around the hole and head of the guitar is very colorful, and the quality and workmanship is excellent. The guitar is more beautiful than its picture on the web.
