Cool and Affordable instrument

This guitar drew my attention immediately, its design is simple but very cool. It sounded great and was very well balanced (weight-wise). When I found out the price I was stunned, if I didn't already have a good guitar, I would've bought this instantly! An improvement I see is that it should have another set of pickups near the bridge, thus providing a richer and more customizable tone (with another tuning knob or two), but the guitar works amazingly well without it already. I recommend this to any player, even proffessionals, but especially intermidiate or active players.

Big Bang for the Buck

I've had Fenders and Gibson basses that were not as good as the Laguna. It has a fast neck, good deep tones and the off center pickup accommodates slapping, fast fingering and pick work without pickup interference my black model has wicked good looks. This is s alot of bass for the price

Great price for good beginner bass

This is a great guitar for beginners. I am new to music and now taking lessons. My instructor thought it was a junk guitar before he played it, now he is amazed how good this guitar is. Good price, good sounds. Excellent for beginners.

AMAZING BASS

This is a great bass and for a great price. It also comes in a combo package which also seems to work very well all the stuff that comes with it.

First Bass

This is my first bass, and i have to say: what an intro! as soon as i picked this up, i felt as if i could play anything (obviously i couldnt but u get the idea). the humbucker pickups are amazing and it has that sleek ebony shine to it. Overall i'd recommend this to ANYONE starting to play bass guitar.

Great alternative to an expensive bass

This bass has a great, even tone that is suitable for just about anything. I've played Metallica, Led Zeppelin, and even a few solos from Jaco and Victor. This bass does it all. Its also really durable. I've dropped it several times, but it doesn't have a scratch on it. Really sick bass

Amazing Bass

What esle would I call this baby? First off, the pick up is fantastic. It sounds great, and I basically have nothing bad to say about it. If your a beginner or an advanced player,it doesn't matter, this bass sounds great, plays great, and that is all that matters.

blew my mind

this is by far the best bass i have ever played. I actually tried out some Musicman basses and this crushed them. I actually own a Laguna LB224 now, and it plays like a dream. IF you are looking for an amazing bass for a great price, buy this one
