The Tres Hombre is a single coil Powered by Lace electric guitar pickup that uses 3 poles, each with different metal content to maximizes performance. Each heavy-duty pole is used for two strings (E and A, D and G, and B and high E respectively). The use by each pole of a different metal content maximizes the harmonics and the strong vibration of each of the string pairs.

Highly shielded with extra copper tape and offered with a reverse wound middle, the Tres Hombres is a guitar pickup that gives you the quack and attack that sets you apart as a player.

Tres Hombres pickups are branded with the "Powered by Lace" logo and available in black only.

  • Super Great pick-up for the money!!!

    I own JS1000 and it is my pride and joy so, I decided to purchase another guitar to play hard and practice with and give my more expensive guitar a brake. I purchased an Ibanez ART100 and the pups on the ART were less than desirable and that is in nice words. I am a big Blues and Rock guy. My neck position was the worst on the ART and I wanted my own kind of cool sound. So, I picked up the Lace Hombre and a All Parts humbucker to single coil conversion plate and WOW. This guitar really sings now!!! I would say that if you are doing a conversion like I did you should see a good guitar shop to install it. The conversion is not super easy. However the Lace Hombre did come with great directions if you are replacing single coil to single coil. Great product again and Thanks again Guitar Center!
